Our Commitment

At Loxtir, we stand behind the quality of our wireless alarm systems. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.

This policy complies with European Union consumer protection laws and is designed to ensure a fair and transparent process for both you and our team.

Return Eligibility

You have the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving it under EU law. We go further by offering a 30-day inspection period, during which we assess the return and determine whether a refund, replacement, or repair is appropriate.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

  • All original packaging, manuals, accessories, and labels must be included

  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

  • The product must be received at our facility within a reasonable time after the return request

Important: Returns that are damaged, incomplete, or show signs of misuse may be subject to a reduced refund or denial, in accordance with EU law.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method

  • Return the product to the following address

We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Inspection & Decision Timeline

Once we receive your return, we will:

  • Inspect the item within 30 days

  • Notify you of our decision regarding:

    • Approval of a full or partial refund

    • Offer of replacement or repair

    • Refusal of the return due to product condition or policy breach

Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to be processed by your bank or payment provider

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or installed alarm systems

  • Custom-configured kits or special orders

  • Products damaged due to improper installation or handling

  • Digital services or downloadable content

Exchanges

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost, in accordance with EU warranty laws.

  2. We’ll reply with return instructions and address confirmation

  3. Ship the item securely and provide tracking information

Legal Basis

This policy is aligned with:

  • EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU)
